We are delighted to inform you that Fitness Connection will be reopening on Monday 27th July at 9am.

Due to the new Government regulations, the club will feel a little different to what we’ve all been used to before. Please bear with us, we guarantee we will do our utmost to make it feel ‘normal’ again quickly and safely, to help protect all members and staff.


▪︎With limited numbers of clients allowed in at any one time now, all members will have to book a time slot (our Personal Training/PT clients already do). We will contact as many members as possible next week (20th July on), to book you in for an initial appointment, and also leave a mobile number for you in case we miss anybody.

▪︎Time will be limited initially to a one hour slot maximum, with fifteen minutes in between, to allow cleaning down. Please try to be as near to your allotted time as possible.

▪︎ Please come to the club ready to exercise, and shower at home afterwards, as no showers will be available.

▪︎ Please bring your own towel, and if possible a mat for floor work. Mats will be available to purchase at the club.  We will provide wipes and sanitiser for wiping down machines/equipment before and after use.

▪︎ Contactless payments. Apologies but for all our safety, we can only accept contactless payments at this time.


▪︎You will notice an enhanced, ongoing cleaning programme at the club.

▪︎ There will be plenty of sanitising stations dotted around the club, with hand sanitiser, wipes and hand towels for your comfort, please be sure to use them regularly and help us by wiping down machines and other equipment before and after  use.

▪︎You will find the machines and equipment a bit more spaced out to allow social distancing, please be respectful of other members and keep your distance.

▪︎Unfortunately, due to social distancing restrictions, we cannot offer small group classes at this time. Apologies for this, we are actively looking at online and remote alternatives for you, details to follow.

▪︎ Membership extended. All memberships have been extended to allow any lost time due to Covid, so you will receive your full time at the FC.

Finally, we very much appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time, we will strive to make each visit as enjoyable and normal as possible. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

Toning Chair ‘The Gentle Gym’ News

We are delighted to announce the opening of our superb Shapemaster Toning Chair Studio.
